Information regarding the Clinical Physiology exam

1. Clinical Physiology can be completed by a recommended grade on the basis of the two midsemester tests (8th week; 15th week). There are no test discussions on the midsemester tests. Recommended grades are introduced into the lecture books till the 25th of May at the Division of Clinical Physiology. Students who do not ask for their recommended grades until the 25th of May are obliged to take the Clinical Physiology exam during the examination period.

2. Students should register for exams till the end of the 15th educational week (May 21, Friday, 2010) through the NEPTUN system. Official exam days are available at the NEPTUN system.

3. Exam registrations can be modified, but not later than 24 hours before the scheduled exam through the NEPTUN system.

4. The exams are written. The list of registered students and the location of the examination will be announced in the Division of Clinical Physiology at the time indicated in the NEPTUN system (7:30 a.m. or 8:00 a.m.) on each exam day. Students should bring their student identity cards and their lecture books to the exam. Only those students will be examined whose lecture book is signed by the head of the Division of Clinical Physiology (Zoltán Papp). Signatures should be obtained on the 15th educational week at the Division of Clinical Physiology.

5. Tests will be evaluated on the exam days and the results will be written into the lecture books. Lecture books are returned personally to their owners at the Division of Clinical Physiology.

6. The Clinical Physiology exam covers all the lectures and seminars.

7. Final results are calculated on the basis of the written exam and the mid-semester test (bonus points).

8. Final results (exam or recommended grade) can be improved in oral with tickets obtained from the educational office. Please contact to Ms. Enikő T. Pásztor for further information.

9. In case of failures students should register for “B” chance written examination or „C” chance ORAL examination through the NEPTUN system.

10. Those students who do not appear on their official exam dates are evaluated with failed (1) exam without any further notice.
